Welcome to the 5th Cloud Tattoo Membership

This exclusive subscription offers recurring custom tattoo work, tailored perks, and a deeper connection to the art you love. Below you’ll find all the important details on how your membership works.

🔹 Tattoo Sizes (per tier)

• Small Tattoo – approx. 2x2 inches

• Palm-Sized Tattoo – approx. 4x4 inches

• Large Tattoo – approx. 6x8 to 7x10 inches

Each tier includes a custom tattoo monthly or quarterly and all year depending on your plan. Tattoos are custom-designed with your ideas and artist creativity in mind. Tattoos roll over if unused but expire after 12 months.

🎁 Gifting Tattoos

You can gift your tattoo to a friend or family member instead of using it for yourself. Here's how gifting works:

• Gifting = you give up your tattoo for the month so someone else can get it.

• Gifting must be approved and confirmed by the studio in advance.

• The gifted tattoo must follow your tier’s size and design rules.

• Gifting limits per tier:

  • Cloud Pass – 1 gift per month (any month as long as subscribed)

  • Drip Edition – 1 gift every quarter

  • Cloud Drip Elite – Gift any time with approval

Example for quarterly gifting: if you subscribe in January, your first eligible gift month for Cloud Pass would be March. You do not have to gift if you don’t want to.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

We get it — things change or you got no room left. If you ever need to cancel:

• Submit a typed request via email to:
  5thcloudvisuals@gmail.com
  at least 3 days before your next billing date.

• No cancellations via text, DMs, or in-person.

• Once the billing cycle starts, the payment is locked for that month.

• Rollover tattoos stay valid for up to 12 months after being earned, even if you cancel.

⚠️ Additional Info

• Memberships are limited to a small number of slots per tier.

• This program is non-transferable outside of approved gifting.

• We reserve the right to update, pause, or end the membership with a 30-day notice.

• Abuse of booking privileges, frequent no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in termination.

• These policies may evolve — members will be informed of changes as the studio grows.

• Privacy & Data Protection: Your personal information is safe with us. We do not share, sell, or distribute any of your data to third parties. All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for studio communication and membership purposes. Your privacy is our priority.

• Booking Notice Requirements: Members must book appointments at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure proper scheduling and availability.

• Missed Appointment Policy: Missed appointments without at least 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that month’s tattoo credit or termination of subscription.

• Tattoo Design Scope Clarification: Each tattoo included in a membership is for a custom design within the agreed size. Heavily detailed work, complex compositions, or extra sessions may require an upcharge discussed prior to booking.

• Price Lock-In Disclaimer: Your subscription price is locked in as long as your membership remains active. If canceled and rejoined later, current rates at that time will apply.

🔄 Upcharge for Detailed or Complex Tattoos

Each membership tier includes custom tattoo work sized to your plan—small (approx. 2x2"), palm-sized (approx. 4x4"), or large (approx. 6x8–7x10"). However, if your requested design includes extensive detail, complex linework, color saturation, or elements that exceed the normal time frame, an upcharge may apply.

As a member, you’ll still receive your tier discount (10%, 15%, or 20%) toward the additional cost.

📝 Example:
You’re a Cloud Pass member requesting a palm-sized piece, but the design is highly detailed and will require more time than usual. We’ll let you know ahead of time, provide a quote, and apply your 10% discount to the difference.
